[Wordpress issuses] lightshine70 on "cant find my audio material on WP from Posterous"

i saved and transferred everything from my posterous site (lots of podcast - but on WP I cannot find the audio material - help please. Also- my posterous site came up at lightshine.me - what happens to that URL after posterous is no more??
