Loading images dynamically into slider

Hi there, great slider! I have a question: is it possible to load images dynamically into a slider? I would like to create a slider, that I can call by shortcode on a page and then load a list of html-image-links dynamically into the slider, based on a selection the user makes on the website. So how can I load a list of html links into the slider by shortcode? Thank you Tobias.
