danhoat on "I want to hire a happiness engineer but says Upgrade Unavailable upon applicatio"

Hi there, I want to transfer my blog from .com to .org, and when I got to click on "get a helping hand" on the purchase page for a happiness engineer, the option is greyed out for lynngilmartin.com, saying Upgrade Unavailable. Is this because I purchased pro and already have access to an engineer? Thank you!!
