[Help Wordpress] Responsive - not rescaling correctly

Hi there. I looked to see if you had covered this exact issue before, but couldn't find it when searching.

My responsive slider works great for the main media/web design. But the responsive layouts are not scaling down correctly for smaller devices. When I check in mobile (or load the page in a miniaturized browser window), the photo is way too big and is cut off. If I resize the browser, everything pops into place (just not on a fresh load).

My settings are: width 97%, height 97%; autoscale on (w: 829; h: 388); autoheight off; fill the area.

I have also tried autoscale = off. The same thing happens upon loading; except with this setting, if I resize the browser, the slider background is full width, but the image is shrunk down to about a third of the whole slider width instead of adjusting to full width.

Because everything is initializing and working great for the main media size, I can't tell what the culprit is here.

The site is at http://bigmoves.org/staging.

Any clues? We're otherwise really happy with the way the plugin is working. But they have many users on mobile, so I need to adjust this.

 Many thanks.
