[Help Wordpress] Plugin is Broken Completely

When I preview the plugin on the plugin page, it works fine but when I place it in the content using the shortcode it is broken. I tried all of the suggestions, deactivating all plugins, taking away any javascript scripts and replacing them with the enque script, manually adding the javascript to the functions.php. Nothing has worked.
