[Wordpress issuses] tandava108 on "Is a Pro Account needed to allow the uploading of a pay-pal donation wigit?"

Is a Pro Account needed to upload a donation (pay-pal) wigit? I don't seem to be able to locate the upload and manager section in my menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated for this relative novice.
