[Wordpress issuses] basicdiscipleship on "Add Media Button is missing"

The Add Media button is missing when adding new post. I have no idea why the 'Add Media' button is gone when I post a new post. I need to add photos to my upcoming posts, but can't because of the lack of options. Please advise. Thank you!
