[Wordpress issuses] andrewcpht on "A blog was deleted, but why your url is not available?"

I'm would like to create a blog, but the URL (http://keepgoing.wordpress.com/) is unavailable. But if we looking for the why for unavailability, is cause the blog is deleted by the author. So this URL shouldn't be available again?
