[Help Wordpress] Exclude posts by tag

Hi,i really need some help here.I have 2 sliders with posts.The 1st has posts with a selected tag.The second slider i would like to exclude posts with the same tag.Any ideas how to fix that?

And..is any chance to use random taxonomy for which posts to appear first on the slider,by using post "id" or something?
