[Help Wordpress] No valid plugins were found.

No valid plugins were found.

Hi,

I just purchased and downloaded the files. When I tried to instal the zipped file I downloaded, I got this message:
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

I finally found some documentation that directs me to look for "new-royalslider.zip" but I don't see that in my folder.
The folder I downloaded was: new-rs-9.4.93
Can you help resolve this.
