Do you mean you ripped off an idea from an original artist and you want to create a how-to on creating the item? You'd probably be subject to a copyright claim by the original artist, and it's not exactly within broadly accepted moral guidelines, so you'll come in for a huge amount of hate. If you have an Etsy account, I do not doubt it would be suspended.
Why don't you simply ask permission?
