[Help Wordpress] Javascript(?) conflict in IE only

Javascript(?) conflict in IE only

This is weird, I am totally lost as I am not good with JavaScript. Here's the page in question: http://sals.collagecreative.net/sals-italian-kitchen-menus/

The JavaScript running the page background slideshow seems to be conflicting with RS but only in IE. Some things are disappearing from RS, including CSS selectors and (I think) entire divs. It will work properly if the page is reloaded at < 650px width, or if the page is reloaded after IE developer tools is opened.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
