[Help Wordpress] Does not install

Does not install

Hi, I just purchased the slider and it won't install. Here's the error message:

"Installing Plugin from uploaded file: new-royalslider.zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.

Plugin install failed."

new-royalslider.zip is not empty, but this is the error I'm getting.

I've also tried to upload the contents of the folder to www/wp-content/plugins/new-royalslider; nothing shows up.

I have WP 3.5.1. Please reply ASAP.
