[Wordpress issuses] isimissstyle on "My background doesn't come up even after i have saved it"

My background image doesn't come up after i have saved it My theme is splendio, and i have already cleared my cache and cookies.
I change the background to an image (.jpeg)
It comes up, and i press activate and i save it
then when i come out of customize
i go onto the blog and the background isn't there

Please help! :)
