[Help Wordpress] Parallax effect on fullsized background slider

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to add a parallax like effect to a slider that I have set to full width and position fixed.
Currently i have the content on my site absolutely positioned on top of the full-background slider and would for the background image to move up while scrolling but at a much slower speed than the rest of the content.

Would this be possible?
