[Wordpress issuses] listofx on "Blog does not show in the Topic Reader"

My blog does not appear in the Topic reader of WordPress, and occasionally not even in the readers of my followers.
I have looked at the list of possible reasons here http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/ ( Too many categories / Blog is private / Blog is mature / Improper tags / Blog is new / Blog is not in English ), and none of these is the case for my blog. For months, I've made sure to use no more than 3 categories and no more than 10 proper tags on each post, and there is no mature content on the blog, unless politics counts.
