[Wordpress issuses] danielisreading on "importing from posterous - help!!!"

I have backed up my Posterous blogs but do not have or can't find the xml files to import them onto my wordpress website. I have a compressed zip folder.

The blog I need help with is tmwiltgen.wordpress.com.
