[Wordpress issuses] kardotim on "DNS needs to be updated..."

I started a new blog and in the process of doing so I get the domain name with it.

Items paid for in confirmation email:

Domain registration: $18

Private registration: $8

On my mappings I see:
Domain: sistersinseperatecities.com
Domain Mapped to WordPress.com

Please advise
