[Help Wordpress] Show Thumbnail Post Title on Hover

I'm thinking this is really simple but I'm trying to display the post title when the mouse hovers over a thumbnail. I was able to do it for the image and post title text, but can't seem to figure out the thumbnail thing. Hope that makes sense. I added title="{{title}}" to the class and it worked for the image and post title text.
