[Help Wordpress] Top padding/margin won't go away!

Hi, I recently installed Royal Slider, and everything works great, except that there is padding of about 10px on the top that won't go away no matter what I do (i have marked it on the attached image with a red overlay). It has nothing to do with the positioning of the images/blocks (when I add a -10px top or margin-top property, the images/blocks get cut-off under this padding). I have been going through the CSS files, but haven't been able to find the cause.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
