[Wordpress issuses]raincoaster on "Domain change and redirect."

I need to exclude an old adress and redirect the visitors to the new adress. When I try to redirect, through the site redirect the old adreess seems blocked to the redirect.

I just want to exclude the old, to use it to redirect. Help me, please!
