[Wordpress issuses] tony05 on "Why will my computer not upload and import WordPress_Export_1.xml?"

I have downloaded my zipped Posterous content, but when I choose the WordPress_Export_1.xml to upload and import, my computer says the file is not a XML. What can I do??
