There is no way to block subscribers/followers. All the things that could be used to block them can easily be gotten around:
** email address (you can get as many as you want)
** username (sign up for a different account, and they don't even need one to subscribe anyway)
** IP address (they can go to a wifi hotspot or reboot their modem)
Also, what is to stop them from just visiting your site, or subscribing to your public RSS feed?
