[Wordpress issuses] pmatthews05 on "Publishing from Word with C#, Javascript, HTML, in [soucecode]"

When using [SourceCode] in my blog when I publish from Word all XML, HTML, and some Javascripts all get moved about or additional HTML gets to the text. So I then have to painstakingly go through each line and remove the extra content that has been added during upload. Is there a way to prevent this? As using [soucecode] is becoming a pain when I write my blogs?

The blog I need help with is cann0nf0dder.wordpress.com.
