[Wordpress issuses] foodonthego on "adding media - photos etc"

Thanks for the suggestions.
I have done them all and trying to add media on a new post still won't work.
I am using Firefox 9. Nothing happens when I click on the add media button. No error reports either.

p.s The add media button seems to work at the quick press, home page quick post form.
