We aren't allowed to use our own themes on wordpress.COM if you want to do that you'll need to selfhost with wordpress.ORG. There is no uploading of themes/plugins here, for security reasons. There are plenty of free and premium themes available, and you can purchase custom design upgrade, to edit the look of the theme.
