[Wordpress issuses] 1tess on "Using a pen name."

Thanks, I figured as much. A follow up question. I have started the blog under my current account. I want to keep the name I've chosen. So I was going to transfer it between accounts. I have made a few dummy pages/posts (it has not been made public). If I delete the pages/posts I created, would there be any way to tell that the blog was created under this username?

A simpler way to do it would be to delete the current blog, there's not much there to save really, besides the name. But, do names become available right away or is there a waiting period?
