[Wordpress issuses] 1tess on "I cannot use the "Design Tools" after clicking on "Customize." They do not load."

I have tried refreshing the page/cleaning the cache and I even tried opening the page on a different computer and browser but I am still unable to use the "Design Tools." All I get is the "Loading design tools..." message.
