[Help Wordpress] not sure what "id" would be in the shortcode

Im using a Prophoto 4 build and have been trying to create a new home page slider. Using the shortcode provided. It asks for an image "id" to be placed in the shortcode, but i'm not sure how to het that for specific images that have already been uploaded.
Please help! Thanks :-)
