[Help Wordpress] Multiple Slider ids in wordpress short code

Hi, Is it possible to loop through multiple sliders using wordpress shortcode? Or any other method. (Not just grab images from an array) but literally rotate multiple sliders at "X" interval.

So normal slider shortcode is say..

[new_royalslider id="1"]

I would need something like

[new_royalslider id="1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9" interval="4500"]

What is the easiest way to accomplish this?
