[Help Wordpress] The first thumbnail is white

I have resolved the issue. Thank you for the quick reply. I do have one other issue though.
The site is www.accommodationsnowymountains.com - the slider is on the front page. Can you tell me why the 3rd sliders animation is different to the first two. I duplicated the slides so I can't work out why one is different to the other.
