[Help Wordpress] Firefox problem with jquery and external anchor links

I am using Royal Slider on this website: www.organiplanning.ca
On the top menu there is a link like that: http://organicplanning.ca/services#transition
The link works well on Safari, Chrome but not on Firefox. On Firefox, when you link from outside the page: http://organicplanning.ca/services
the /services#transition and /services#retirement anchor links are not stopping on the place they should (title of the service) and instead, they go to the bottom of the page. I have been trying to debug the problem in Firefox, and only when I remove the
jquery.royalslider.min.js ver=3.0.93

the problem is solved. And then, all the external anchor links work. The other scripts on the website aren't causing any conflict. It is the jquery slider on Firefox.

the /services#transition and /services#retirement anchor links works fine if they are triggered within the page http://organicplanning.ca/services.

How could I solve the problem? Any suggestions? If the jquery.royalslider has to be modified. How should be? or there is another possible solution?
