You have no content on a 6 day old blog - to worry about a URL change at this time is not worth the effort since search engines have probably not indexed your blog - if you want a new URL - just make a new blog and use the old one for practice -
as soon as you start adding content to a blog and search engines start indexing your site - then URL changes become relevant
