Im unable to translate the slides caption using translation plugins such as transposh.

Hello, the issue is basically described in the discussion subject. The website where I've installed the royal slider (sidec.com.pe) can display text either in spanish and english. All texts translate however the slider captions are ignored.

Got any suggestions to go around this? The royal slider is located in the middle block at the homepage.
