I'd advise you to wait a few days. As a casual stroll around the forums will show, a LOT of people are having problems with images not showing right now. Staff are aware of it and are trying to narrow down the cause.
If you just mean they're not showing on the main blog page, you probably have a theme that only shows Featured Images on the main page.
