The authors have deleted this site.
That is, I'm afraid, permanent and irreversible. This is why we volunteers hate the Change URL process; because everyone always has these regrets, and there is lamentably nothing we can do about it. If you really want that name, what you might consider is the paid custom domain and mapping upgrades, because for $18 a year you can have whatever.com or .org instead of whatever.wordpress.com.
